I would have thought that was referring to the frozen (in jade) water.

I think I read it from somewhere that Jade Sea is returning into water again, and Echovald Forest is getting some more living plants in there. So, they are awakening... >>

I think Bahltek still retains his mystery and importance GW, but I don't think we need to wait until GW2 to get the answers in relation to him.
As to the Cairn of Stones..I think those are simply easter eggs or representative of the harsh environment.

Its in the EotN's manual.
As for what has been said above -the connection between dragons and gods-, I wonder...
In greek mythology, the gods descended from the titans wich created the world (only gaïa did actually), and the gods, seeing the havoc that the titans caused, chained them in the tartare (undeground prison in hell), so im thinking... Is it possible that there is a similar scenario in GW?
Could the gods descend from the ancient dragons? or is it the other way around? Better yet, theres little proof that the Ancient Dragons arent actually The Old Gods!

I've been saying that for a while. Not a bad idea, considering Glint was the first being created by the gods. And what god would not create his first follower their own image?

Well, one created from or born from the Mists. Remember, most everything comes from the Mists and if this is the case with the original pantheon of Gods, there would be nothing to allow them to see their own image.
Original Pantheon, by the way, would have looked something like this:
Abaddon
Balthazar
Dhuum
Dwayna
Lyssa
Melandru
